General Refund Guidelines

Refund requests are considered only within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds apply solely to the initial purchase of a Cicispy subscription and will not be granted for subscription renewals or additional purchases.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • Technical Malfunctions: If Cicispy fails to function as advertised and our Customer Support Team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Inaccessibility of the Service: If you are unable to access your Cicispy account or the tracking features due to issues originating from our end that cannot be resolved, you may qualify for a refund.
  • Compatibility Issues: If the target device is confirmed to meet the requirements outlined in our Compatibility Policy but still cannot support Cicispy after assistance from our support team.

Refunds are considered only after you have allowed our support team a reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Incompatible Devices: If the target device does not meet the minimum requirements outlined in our Compatibility Policy, no refund will be granted.
  • Loss of Access Due to User Error: We do not offer refunds if the software stops working due to actions such as:
  1. Factory resetting the device.
  2. Loss of internet connectivity.
  3. Changing the SIM card without reconfiguring the software.
  4. The target device is being reset or upgraded, causing software uninstallation or deactivation.
  • Failure to Utilize the Software: Refunds are not provided if the user is unable or unwilling to use certain features, such as rooting or jailbreaking the device (where necessary for advanced features).
  • Personal Reasons: Refunds are not issued for reasons such as:
  1. Change of mind.
  2. Impulse purchase.
  3. Unused subscription time.
  4. Buyer’s remorse.
  5. Lack of necessary access credentials to the target device (e.g., iCloud login for iPhone tracking).

Refunds will not be provided for issues outside of Cicispy’s control, such as software disruptions caused by third-party applications (e.g., antivirus software).

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our Support Team at support@cicispy.com within 15 days of your purchase. Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue you’re experiencing.

We will review your request and make a determination as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days. Refunds, if granted, will be processed using the original payment method.

Third-Party Service Involvement

Cicispy cannot issue refunds for services or products provided by third-party vendors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Connectivity loss due to third-party network changes or limitations.
  • Inability to comply with third-party software requirements or conditions of use.

Refund requests related to third-party products or services must be directed to the relevant provider.

Subscription Renewals and Upgrades

  • Renewal Payments: Cicispy does not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings, including canceling auto-renewal if you no longer wish to use the service.
  • Upgrades or Downgrades: If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, no refunds will be issued for the previous plan. Upgrading or downgrading becomes effective on the next billing cycle.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or credit card provider, Cicispy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. Resolving a chargeback may result in additional fees, which will be passed on to the user if the dispute is found to be unjustified.

Administrative Fees

Refunds, if approved, will be issued minus any applicable administrative or transaction fees. These fees are necessary to cover costs imposed by banks and payment processors and are typically around 9% of the total purchase amount.
